Mismanaged,always under construction, pass the ball communication, poorly designed building, exit door works hence 1 star
University hospital employees are by far the best patients I have. They are so respectful, kind caring, and responsible university hospital does such a wonderful job hiring some of the top-notch employees across Ohio. I have been to this hospital before and they are so welcoming and caring to all of their patients. I highly recommend you come to this location if you ever have any emergency. They also located in a very good location right next to Pinecrest.
Went to this facility to support a family member. After the visit, the doctor asked for lab work to be completed. Upon arrival in the lab area there was only one other person waiting. They came and left as we sat there patiently waiting. During this time no other patients came in for about 30 minutes. Eventually one did and after checking in they were called back within a minute.
