Although my review is not from recent visits, I cannot recommend anyone at Pediatric Center (aside from Dr. Zach at Chagrin). In all things in life, I believe honesty is the best policy and this is not what I experienced here. I was also turned off by the prescribing medications at times where nature could run its course and treating symptoms instead of searching for root causes. We love Dr. Rich. The staff is wonderful. Never have to wait. Even on an emergency Saturday appointment we were welcomed and treated quickly.
I thought this was a good place for my kids but after today I am just pretty fed up. I had called and made appointments for both of my kids to get their check up and flu shots, specifically remembering that they couldn't schedule them both on the same day (Which was fine, not a big deal.) So I had verified the day and time with them... Was referred here when my child’s nearby pediatrician’s office closed. I did not have a great experience and felt as though I had been treated like an idiot (I suspect it was because they get a lot of patients on government sponsored healthcare— which we aren’t, we’re on an employer sponsored plan but that shouldn’t matter anyway). I had also noticed pharmaceutical reps in patient areas on more than one occasion. Even after signs were put up saying for reps to stay out of patient areas!
