Great experience
If I could give this place zero stars I would. Dad scheduled for mri that took weeks to get in. He gets there and their mri machine was done. No phone call or anything to let us know ow. I called spoke with Sara in scheduling who said they could get us in 11 days from now in twinsburgh. I asked for a call back from a supervisor she said they would call…never received a call. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. Not even a sorry.
Anytime we come to get an echo, CT, or MRI we are taken on time and usually out very quickly... But today I took my mom for her appointment at 8am, they canceled it at 740 and didn't tell us and apparently nobody knows why it was cancelled so we called to see what happened and the lady took an hour to call back so we left at 840 then she called at 850 and said her appointment is now changed to 9am, so we turn around and drive back and sit for an hour and go to registration and they dint have her appointment so we leave again... read more
