My only complaint was directions, my Dr's office sent me to building 4, the receptionist at building 4 gave me detailed directions to radiology which is not in building 4. Easiest directions is go to emergency parking, you should see a helipad, enter emergency doors and go to the right hallway. Radiology is on the right about 75ft down that hallway. The staff in radiology were awesome once arriving thats why I went with 5 stars instead of 4 for the direction hiccup. Hope these directions help others who have to get x rays.

What is up with uh parma!!? Two employees told me to go to bldg 4 for X-rays. Two employees told me to go to the main bldg. Their awful "epic" system sent me a text telling me to call and schedule an appt, when I called I was told I could just walk in. The employee in registration told me to follow the blue line to radiology, which was incorrect. It took 15+ minutes to register me. Does uh parma put a mirror under applicants noses' and if it fogs up, they're hired? The radiology technician was great though!

This place is a JOKE!!!!! Always understaffed. I've waited well over 24 hours to have my X-ray read to see if my shoulder is broken and they said to check back after 48 hours. Absolutely inexcusable!!!!!!!
