I gave this office more than one chance & regret doing so. I was seen by two different doctors, & both experiences were disappointing - but my most recent visit was unacceptable. My postpartum depression was ignored. That alone is alarming. Then it somehow got worse. After my pap smear, I experienced heavy bleeding for three days straight. Nice ppl here but not very organized. Since they are the only female gyno in the area I don't have a choice but to go here. I'm not too happy with having to wait both times I've been here over an hour. Not to mention the awkward wait in the room with the white sheet covering you... wait for 45min plus both times. This time my apt was for 10:20 and it's 11:30 at this time, I still haven't seen the doctor. It would be nice to predict when Apts actually were instead.

Love my doctor and staff here-BUT it is a constant wait! I arrived at 9:48 to checkin for my 10:20 am Monday appointment. I was not taken back until nearly 10:40…it is currently 11 am and I’m STILL waiting in my room, unseen-missing my 11 am work call…came for my yearly checkup. This happens frequently when I come to this location.
