Do NOT go here to give blood. The staff are rude and inefficient - one gentleman was told there would be an 1.5-hour wait, but there were 2 receptionists sitting at the desk and one phlebotomist. I consistently have to get blood drawn from my hand because of health issues that make it hard to go into my arm. The phlebotomist scolded me saying I'm probably just dehydrated and shouldn't show up to give blood that way. The lady at the front desk is one of the rudest people I have ever met. She's on some power trip and thinks she can act however she wants. DO NOT GO HERE
I was skeptical to get my labs done here after reading the reviews of the staff being rude. I am TERRIFIED of getting bloodwork done, so I need a friendly face to help me through! ! My lady was fast , painless and really nice/sweet as she knew I was so scared of needles and blood. I’m thankful for her! I’d go back when I have to
