Absolutely downhill since Quest. Before Quest we were in and out for fasting blood test in under 10 minutes. First trip after Quest took 45 minutes. Today we got there around 8:15 and learn you need an appointment! First available is 11 am. Hope this test is not a fasting test. We will look for a testing location that is more customer friendly.
There has never been a time in the last 12 years that I have had to wait more than 15 minutes. Sign in very easy. The lab services personnel are the nicest and very skilled. Same to be said for the imaging services.
Every time I come To get any testing I’m always scheduling the appointment . They are always late and never get me in on time. Even when I do Show up early. What’s the point of scheduling an appointment when they don’t ever see you on that time.
Arrived thirty minutes early for my appointment and still went back ten minutes late. Then was told there was no order and I would have to come back.
