The patient support here is horrible. I really like CNP Allyson McLean but the policies they have in place to provide support in cases where important medication / refills have expired is very poor. 6 months ago, i called them because i had 3 days left on my blood pressure medication and sent them a secure message asking if they could give me a few days worth of amlodipine to cover me until I could get in for an appointment.
