I got an MRI done at this location and it was a great experience. Natalie at the front desk was such a sweetheart and easy to talk to. Rasheeda did my scan and she explained everything throughly and I got to listen to the music I wanted. Thank you ladies for making it a easy visit.
went in for a lab draw. the lab tech was awesome. very friendly.
Very rude and unaccommodating staff in the waiting area. Will be going to the Cleveland Clinic in the future
Would give them a 0 if I could. Extremely rude people. Will be looking in to switching over to another hospital system.
