MY BOYFRIEND HAD A STROKE LAST NIGHT AND HE HAS BEEN SITTING IN A WHEELCHAIR TODAY FOR 6 HOURS AND HASNT BEEN SEEN BY A DOCYOR OR ANYTHING. NO FOOD NOTHING PROVIDED TERRIBLE SERVICE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE BECSUSE THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS!
****Highly recommend going to an urgent care if you can't tolerate wait times**** You can very clearly see the emergency department staff are trying their best in a very crowded and busy ER. Everyone is so nasty for not being seen straight away when you can see the entire waiting room is full. You aren't the only person here! I was seen, heard, and attended to for my medical needs.
Plus side it’s fast compared to others. Con side is they are very belittling and don’t take patients’ concerns to heart. Edit: went back a week later and I take back what I said about it being fast.
The emergency department was efficient and attentive to my child's needs. The staff was polite.
