My experience here was sub-par to say the least. The receptionist at the radiology desk would not explain why non-pertinent information was necessary. After me, another couple had an extremely loud and enraged problem with the same employee. I will be speaking to the supervisor more in depth concerning this experience.

Had stat MRI of my spine done. Was told would have results within a few hours. I called several times and was spoken to rudely and was told they were not read . ( This was 6 hours after they were taken) It is now the weekend and No results are done. This is to detect if I have cancer in my spine. It isn't important to them so it don't mean anything....however...to my family and I , it means everything to know the results as fast as possible.
