Normally I stay away from UH hospital system because of multiple bad experiences. However, I had to go by ambulance yesterday (7-28-25). I want to say thank you to the amazing staff that cared for me while I was there. Monica Sparks was my provider and the nurse name I can remember was Beth (trainee). There were 5 other nurses between triage and Super track (or fast track🤷♀️) that need a shout out too! All of you including the EMTs were so compassionate and caring. I came in with difficulty breathing and was panicking. Two nurses came in and they had no compassion, would not listen to me or my son. One grabbed me from the front and the other grabbed me from behind. I have severe and chronic arthritis so I was in pain as well. With my right hand I pushed the hand of the front nurse and she got in my face and told me I slapped her!!! The nurse behind me said “she’s not cooperating so get security”. Staff was friendly I was in and out in less than a hour I read some negative reviews and expected the worse staff was awesome
