I highly recommend UH hospital in Cleveland for bypass heart surgery. From diagnosis through surgery to rehab, the care I received from the doctors, nurses and support staff was exceptional!

A horrible experience. The wait, unattentiveness, lack of urgency and overall service in the ER room was atrocious!

University... Emergency Department...have to DO BETTER Ambulance GREAT! Incoming staff GREAT! BUT BEHIND THEM DOORS!? HORRIBLE I believe It was Nurse Janice or Denise she was ONE OF VERY FEW GREAT NURSES/WORKERS , moving like her life depended on it along with a few other ladies. But MAJORITY of them emergency workers? LAZY, Bare minimum effort , attitudes towards the patients for being in pain or having a concern. I give this emergency room adult’s side a 2 out of 10 i have sickle cell and was waiting in the emergency room for a hour, and pain then when I got into the back, they made me a room in the hallway had to wait another 2 hour to get a Iv then like 20 minutes just to get some medication for my pain 2/10 don’t recommend going there for the adult side the kid side is way better for getting treatment ,then when i was next to a patient they was ignoring a disabled person that couldn’t go to the bathroom bye they self or walk uh ju... read more
