Their doctors are fast here but good luck getting someone on the phone. I complained one time and they said just leave a voicemail and well get back to you. But they will NEVER and I repeat NEVER answer the phone. they just sit there ignoring the phone and call back only if you leave a voicemail. I'm getting a new doctor, no other doctors staff is this lazy.
Their doctors are fast here but it’s hard to actually get someone on the phone to schedule an appointment. The front desk is soooooo slow. They take their sweet time and answer the phone 1 out of 20 maybe more times. So frustrating.
There is no one answering phone calls. Doesn't matter what time of day you try calling.
CNP Rosen doesn't listen has wrong diagnosis on my chart even when told nothing changed doesn't listen to patients in regards to family history or medical history wants to send you to all kinds of specialist for unnecessary care and cost and doesn't care of the person he is treating no discussion you see specialist or will no longer be ordered meds you need period would not recommend at all
Saw frank, horrible appointment. Didn’t seem to care or listen to any of my concerns. Will be switching drs.
