My entire family goes to the Avon Hale Street location for all of our sick visits and everything has always been great. Everyone from the receptionist, MAs and providers have always been friendly and helpful. Just wish they still had their Saturday morning hours.
I have had nothing but excellent care at This facility. There may have been issues awhile ago but not anymore. They listen and take care of any/all issues. And are very thorough.
Please don’t say you’re open until 5pm and lock the door 4:50. The employee leaving 4:57 stated they close by 5….
