It's seems like I'm on a Quest, to get a test! Website locked me out, couldn't make an appointment. So I tried to walk in. People keep coming in with appointments, pushing my back in the line. Gave up, Waiting for customer service on the phone, taking forever to answer. What a mess, Quest. They are supposed to get back to me after I put in a request for login help, says it may take a day to get back to me. This office administrators and Dr. Burgun himself have always done a fine job. Office is clean and nice.
If you need a Quest branch, I would recommend Aurora. Fantastic service and fast. Kim took about 5 minutes to take my blood. I didn't even know she took 3 vials. Great receptionists, too.

I had to switch my PCP because of lack of availability when needed as I was not able to get the timely care/answers. Either it was a rush to resolve or delay in addressing... it was never a professional care!
