Showed up at 3:40 to get labs taken. Phlebotomist claimed she was “done for the day” online hours say closes at 5. She claimed she’s done at 4.00… well last time I checked 3:40 is not 4:00. Don’t waste your time. She was sitting right there doing nothing.
I am a new patient and I am very pleased with the care I have recieved. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I had answers within my first visit unlike my previous provider.
I have had a long relationship with University Hospitals. I needed a new Doctor since mine had passed away 2 years ago. I tried to establish a new patient relationship with Dr Sarah at the Aurora location. She only saw me twice and I was passed off to an intern every time after that. Even when I requested that I see Dr Sarah I was still passed off to an intern. It's seems like I'm on a Quest, to get a test! Website locked me out, couldn't make an appointment. So I tried to walk in. People keep coming in with appointments, pushing my back in the line. Gave up, Waiting for customer service on the phone, taking forever to answer. What a mess, Quest. They are supposed to get back to me after I put in a request for login help, says it may take a day to get back to me. This office administrators and Dr. Burgun himself have always done a fine job. Office is clean and nice.
