Great staff! Terrible iPad check-in
If I could give negative stars, I would! I walked in two minutes late and the check-in said I was past 10 minutes late and they already canceled my appointment. They had a time 53 minutes in the future so I took it and I waited and waited and when it got past my appointment time, I ring their buzzer because they’re behind locked doors. They asked me what I was buzzing for and I said they’re past my appointment time and asked how long it would be because I had to get to work. It used to be fast and pleasant when it was at the Amherst Hospital! Now it’s slow and long waiting. Too much talking behind the doors! Ridiculous. Quest lab? Do better UH.
Claim they only take appointments, no communication with people in the waiting room. Will let people wait 30-60 minutes before telling them appointment only. Very poor service
Terrible service. Checked in, machine said 1hr. wait. 2 hours later I left. At that time the electronic board said 37 minutes wait still. I will find some other place.
