I got an appointment with an orthopedic doctor within 2 hours of my phone call . Doctor Weber was amazing and so was the staff.
Was in and out in 15 minutes from the time I walked in. It was quick and easy . Phlebotomist got me on the first poke, never even felt the needle. A+

If I could give negative stars, I would! I walked in two minutes late and the check-in said I was past 10 minutes late and they already canceled my appointment. They had a time 53 minutes in the future so I took it and I waited and waited and when it got past my appointment time, I ring their buzzer because they’re behind locked doors. They asked me what I was buzzing for and I said they’re past my appointment time and asked how long it would be because I had to get to work. It used to be fast and pleasant when it was at the Amherst Hospital! Now it’s slow and long waiting. Too much talking behind the doors! Ridiculous. Quest lab? Do better UH.
