Had a great lunch here the other day. Much improved over there opening I felt from my time there previously.
I would have liked to give a zero. .. 25 minutes for a cold dinner box steak cold no flavor. Tempura soggy greasy cold, to go box with no utensils. Watched as I was waiting food being left waiting g for the dazed and confused wait staff. Never again
I am glad these guys are closing...I went in there with my family and we're sent away...even though we didn't need reservations, the hostess was totally and completly rude, glared at us as we walked in and said "we cant serve you" without a legitimate reason...I am not rating this place as a one star because it should be a zero, by far worst customer service I've ever encountered, they treated us as if we didn't matter at all, Noone should ever be treated that way! No "I'm so sorry" or anything! I will be getting better sush... read more
