Wanted to get our duck work cleaned. Contacted Ugly Duct and they sent over a technician to inspect and give us a quote. The tech checked multiple vents,took pictures and then give us his recommendation. He told us they do not need to be cleaned,he did recommend that we use a shop vac on several floor vents.
