Very professional and excellent service
Excellent job. Very fast and professional. Could have charged us more but said we did not need more to remain safe and efficient. I respect an honest company and it is rare in today's economy. That is why we will always call them for any service they provide.
We were having issues with our dryer not drying clothes completely, and were ready to purchase a new one. We called Ugly Duct and were able to schedule a dryer vent cleaning within 3 days. It had been 1 1/2 years since the last cleaning, but apparently, it really needed it. Our dryer now works great! Thanks to Jeremy for saving us several hundred dollars!
