Outstanding guys! Took their time and did an extremely thorough diagnostic of my bike. JJ at the front desk went through an exhaustive itemized list of everything done and the hours spent. Guys in the back were very knowledgeable and friendly! Couldn’t be more impressed - Will definitely be bringing all my work to UBH!
UBH has been a huge help with maintaining my bike and now storing it. The staff are patient with my questions, straightforward about the work, and transparent about the service they provide. I trust them with my bike and would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality motorcycle shop.
Wow! Recently replaced my fuel inlet elbow on the bottom of my carb. Then got gas in my oil bag. Took my carb into UBH thinking it needed a rebuild, maybe something got in when I changed the elbow. Figured it’d be a few weeks. Met the owner, he opened her right up, checked things out and determined the carb is fine. Spent 1/2 hour with me. Showed me everything he was checking, was patient with my questions, taught me tons as I usually do all the basics to my own bike. Problem solved my issue with me. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely awesome shop – outstanding service, amazing people, and a seriously competent workshop! I can’t recommend Ugly but Honest Motorcycles highly enough! These guys are absolutely fantastic, and my experience with them was nothing short of excellent. I was crossing Canada from Vancouver to Halifax, had to bring my 2009 Harley-Davidson Street Glide in for some work on the front forks, a new LED headlight, and a general check-up.
