We were really well received, BJ took the time to explain how his ciders and wines are done. We had the honour to taste his products, which are unique and of high quality. Highly recommended!
I purchased two types of cider and the apple wine at the Farmer's Market in Perth Ontario. They are there every Saturday when it is open. I really enjoyed the apple wine. It is all natural and not too sweet, which I like. I am usually not a fan of apple cider. I was pleasantly surprised at the flavour of the cider. It was crisp, not overly sweet and without the preservatives in store bought cider, it didn't give me a headache. I will definitely purchase more.
Unique and interesting cider, well worth the drive. I will be back the next time I'm in the area. Cheers to traditional cider making.
