Had for years, all of.a sudden this month our electricity bill went up by $100. How are you going to try to say i used alot more electricity when we have had no changes in our usage and all of our prev bills are constant. This along with always increasing the prices for BS reasons. Maybe its time to drop them like the others that have been doing shady practices and shop around.
I have being using this company for 4 month. There is a big discrepancy in all the bills. The first bill was almost $500. I made multiples disputes but the bills was still coming expensive. I decided to cancel the service , then they charged me $1,022 for the cancelation. I am considering taking they to the court.
Snuck onto my property.to change a meter without my authorization and while doing so squeezed in between my truck where they didn't belong and dented it.
Horrible company i am renovating my house in plymouth so new electricity in the house they suppose to connect the light and they are giving me a warm time as if free they are doing it for. They deserve 0.
