I have had not one but three disappointing interactions with UGI. We need our meter changed, according to a note left on our front door. I called to schedule this and took off work that day, as I was told someone needs to be home. They tried to show the day before my appointment, and luckily I was on my way home so I said fine, then they ended up no-showing, AND canceled my appointment for the following day. How many rate increases do y'all need in a years period of time? 7% more, again?! Lining the admins pockets with bonuses is more like it. Y'all keep wanting more and more from us and none of us are getting raises to cover the expenses. Don't you realize that eventually it's really not going to add up and even more people will end up switching everything to electric? I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for all the employees that were involved in the process of replacing the heater at our property on 1/23/25. Hunter the tech that diagnosed the problem, Jon Torok, the salesman, and Doug and Cameron, the installers, were top notch on timeliness, professionalism and customer service.
