As tres vezes que fui nessa loja durante o horario comercial, esta loja estava fechada. Nao querem vender!!!
The staff and service was the worst I've ever experienced. VERY inattentive, cold and dismissive responses from all 3 of the people working there. I even received the wrong shoes in the box I bought and didn't want to have to deal with their awful staff to return them.

Came in here to do a simple exchange for a size larger on my slippers that were given to me as a gift. The staff was super stand-offish. When they did go back to get another size, they handed me the box and said “we only have them in black”, plus it was a different style. I clearly did not come in here to get a different slipper in a different color. Then went to ask them if we could order online the other size. They simply said no we don’t do that.
