Nice guy, however he is terrible at everything he does. Said he could paint, weld, do bodywork and absolutely destroyed my car. He CANNOT paint, at all. He CANNOT weld and do bodywork, at all. He apparently cannot even colour match. This guy should not have a business, and really needs to stop what he is doing, as he does not have the basic skills required for it.
This is the third time I've been to UGB I've been very happy with their service and their workmanship. I would strongly recommend that you check them out.
I have taken my vehicle here 3 times and i have to say KUDDOS to the owner and his team. Never disappoints! I bought a "basic" clean detailing coupon and as my car rugs were in bad shape, he took the extra time and worked really hard to scrub them and clean them up- he also waited for me as I was a bit late getting there. Overall a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this business!
I had my worst experience regarding car detailing. 1. Cleaning was not done properly and whatever was done that just falls under cleaning but not detailing. 2. When I mentioned the things that were not cleaned, they just replied with some excuse, like cleaning material unavailable or missed to clean. 3. Foot mats were missing. Mark, the owner, promised me to refund 50% of the charges and find me my missing mats. Now it's been 3 months. They blocked my number. No refund. Didn't return my missing floor mats.
