They never disappoint me. They're on time and and check out everything for me, so I'm confident I won't have car issues on the road. The price is average. They spent more time than I was slotted for to find out a problem that I was having. They found the issue and fixed it. It saved me having to make another appointment. Thanks Uftring!
It was not a good experience. Was told by the person at the desk it would take one hour for oil change and two recalls. It actually took 3 hours. Had I known that, I would have made other arrangements or had them take me home. I understand that these things take time, but they could have offered a ride or something.
Chis Farris was my service advisor and was great to work with. Prompt communication was the best part. He kept me informed during the whole repair process!!
EVERYONE was great since I did NOT have an appointment! They got me in and finished the work quickly. I will continue to get service work done here as needed!!!
