Staff member and nurse were pleasant and understanding once in clinic however 2 hours on hold only to be hung up on is disgusting service. Lift your game UFS or take away the phone number.
Am sure that it is intended to provide an efficient service be that in person or on phone. However must be staff shortage that needs to be addressed or better organised phone access . Waited hour and half after automatically being told 10 min wait. Have been first in line for phone response for over hour . By todays standards simply not good enough . Simple message to call back later avoid such unacceptable service.
PCR test. One weeks holiday. Yay. Thank you for being available.
