I am extremely disappointed with this company. Despite having many forklift operators, no one has proper professional training. A huge amount of time is wasted, and the work is not handled efficiently i waisted my more than hours for Offloading
I had a very disappointing experience with this company. The forklift drivers clearly have no idea how to properly load or unload goods. Everything resulted in damage and delays. Clearly I can say the forklift drivers need good training.
I got here the night before and parked on the street. There was a person working late. He said they open at 6am. I checked in at 6am. The person told I could take the tarp off on the street or wait until I get in. I decided to risk it. I was really at 6:45. They come out at 7am and told me to get in. I didn’t get out until 8:30.
