Our 2024 mustang is here since February and still has not been repaired by these guys . They keep on making silly excuses and still have no timeline .
The Bodyshop Parts Department team needs a customer service refresh. Rude,disorganized and unprofessional.
It has been 6 months still they haven’t repaired my mustang .There service is too slow.
I want to share my experience of how my car was repaired at the universal Ford Lincoln body shop. I contacted them to repair the car in December 2023, they promised to fix it in 28 days. In the end, they fixed it in almost 4 months, and when I called to find out what was wrong, how long it would take to fix it, they said they didn’t know. They didn't offer a rental car and don't care about your problems. Avoid universal Ford Lincoln body shop, I do not recommend contacting them.
If possible I would have given them a 0 star rating as they didn't even care about their customers at all.My friend's 2024 mustang has been sitting since january and still no idea when they are gonna return it back and upon that when he tries to contact them through calls, emails they just ignore that as if they don't even care.
