I have tried all methods of contacting this gym to try and join including calling, emailing and turning up during staffed hours but have never been able to speak to anyone because nobody is there. I just want to give you my money
Unfortunately this gym has amazing potential, but the owners and management have run it into the ground. There is absolutely no consistency with the programs, crèche times and staff. I was there for a year and cannot even say how many members and staff left. I know of several staff and even a member of the gym that were rung by the owner and threatened to destroy them and their work livelihood to shut them up and stop them talking to anyone. I love this gym! It was taken me years to find a gym that ticks all the boxes but UFitness 24/7 really does. Staff are always happy to help and classes are great. Have put my kids in the creche a few times and they have enjoyed themselves and the creche staff are wonderful with them.
Is this gym still currently trading? The doors are locked and nobody's 24/7 passes are working. The staff and management are radio silent.
