Pricing not transparent and left me hanging
We had a great experience with everyone. The movers were very efficient and careful when moving our items. We would absolutely recommend to others. Thank you for your services!
I've been trying for 4 days to get a quote. Each day I was told I'd have it in email by the end of the day, so far, nothing. I left a message stating that if they couldn't do this to please call and let me know so that I wouldn't bother them every day or I could find someone else. No response to that message either. So many good reviews but after my experience, not sure how. Very disappointed and a waste of my time for 4 days!
I contacted Vivian about moving some personal items from the garage I used to live at to a storage unit in the city. I am in another state and my things were in her city. I was very concerned because they were personal belongings my sister had left me. Once she heard that, I knew that there was nothing to worry about. She followed through as if they were her own. I highly recommend them for anyone that needs a moving company...
I live in Las Vegas, Nevada and my 96 year old dad who lives in Oriskany, New York needed help unloading a moving truck. The big difficulty was he needed the help the very next day. I found UFirst on the web, called them and talked to Vivian. She was very professional, helpful and set up three movers to arrive 24 hours later to assist my dad. They arrived as scheduled and my dad said they were professional and did an excellent job. Thank you to Vivian and your team for doing such a great job!
