A proud new member. Went in to get my account squared away and set up, Shelby was nice, friendly, professional, and helpful. I highly recommend the products UFirst offers and I highly recommend the Daybreak branch.

I really disliked the "self-checkout" bank model. Losing connection with the banker mid-transaction didn’t help, and a live person had to restart my transaction. That poor employee had to manage this disaster and all others
Daybreak Branch. Very Bad customer service especially Banker Name SHELBY PETERSEN. Not a professionalism at All. very unprofessional person with Attitude. Will not recommend this Banker to anyone.
I had issues with an account and went into the branch. Everyone there was so helpful and patient with setting up a complicated account and managing some potential fraud. It was an easy, seamless process.
