Rachel was really kind and helpful with getting me a new card. Had a great visit
I came in to do some transactions for my business. Rachael was amazing and very knowledgeable. Made my whole experience easy and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend going to her when you come to this branch!
Dalton tried his best to be helpful (5 stars for him). However CanyonViewCU gets only 1 star. I recently got an auto loan with them. It was a terrible experience with even worse communication. They won’t even send me a monthly bill for the loan payment. This is the only loan in my life where they wouldn’t do this. I wish I’d gone with another credit union for the auto loan.
Avoid having a car loan in this place at all cost. They do not allow you to pay off the car online; they have limits on how much you can pay per transaction and a limit on the amount you can pay off per month. Other than taking cash for the full amount or a cashier's check to a physical location, there is no other way to pay off the car. I have been trying to get this done for a while and I keep getting the run around, obviously still accruing interest on the loan.
