Past two times I've stopped at this branch they had a line. Fine I get it everyone comes in at once. Both times a manager could see the people working having issues or questions, both times they decide texting was better than being a team player. Once I get, you have a meeting, zoom, whatever. Twice? The other location in brickyard I have had the manager come out and help the team.
