Super disappointed. Have been with the changing branches that they keep changing to for over 20 years . Canyon view is NOT Disability friendly. Have a child with Asperger's and have been nothing but horrible about it since Canyon View has taken over. Have called a few months in a row and they do nothing, he has done so great managing an account and they pull from his account to mine, so stopped all my deposits to account and working on moving his. Identity crisis again! I think it's about time to abandon my 30-year relationship with these guys. University of Utah credit Union University credit Union U FIRST CU (obvious play on American first) Now some Canyon View crap... The only time a business changes their name is generally through bankruptcies and trying to hide from people/ dept collector's. I think I need to get out of here.
