This is the worst bank imaginable. They changed their name twice in 3 years which has caused much confusion and has allowed them to collect immoral and deceptive late fees. Customer service is also horrible, specifically Ashley who is extremely rude and disrespectful. Do not use this pathetic institution.

My home branch is the 7121 S redwood where I find all the staff very personable but also professional. They recently had their yearly free shredding which is a great and convenient way to rid myself of volumes of unwanted documents. If anyone asked , I would recommend this credit union whole heatedly.
