Can't reach anyone! What does it take?
Trying to talk to a real person on the phone is not always easy. Many times I’ve hung up because of the long wait time. I couldn't ask this online because when I typed my question it wouldn’t send. I plan to retire this year but I’m not getting notified of Retirement Fairs and/or upcoming info for retirement. My coworkers tell me of them. I told UFCW Trust when I went to the retirement fair in Concord last year so I thought I would be included in the notifications.
