The open enrollment is a big mess ,every time you contact someone and ask a question they all provide you with different information , is like they don't communicate with each other , especially when you are adding a dependent ,one person says you are missing this information over the phone , and when you go to their office in Concord to provide the information , they totally don't know what you are saying and argue with you with a totally different information , they don't agree with each other ,they make it very confusing ... read more
What is extremely annoying and inconvenient, is every time we call, no one and I mean NO ONE, speaks Spanish! My mom tries to speak English, but it’s very broken English. And then I have to step in to speak for her which I don’t mind doing, but there are always questions my mom would like to ask days after the call and she has to wait until I’m at her house to do that. They really really REALLY, need to hire some Spanish speaking people at some point. Like yesterday!!
They are always good to explain all the confusing stuff.
