The receptionist I spoke to had great customer service skills! I went to go pick up my debit card today, and I was quite nervous since I’ve never opened a bank account nor have had a card of my own. I wasn’t too sure how these procedures would go, but it was certainly an easy process. The receptionist was very patient with me, answered all my questions clearly, and provided me with information I hadn’t known prior. I greatly appreciate that this place has such helpful staff!
Moving to Austin as the former dependent of retired military members has been a challenge. It wasn't until AFTER I moved here that I realized there are no Navy Federal Credit Unions within the city limits. (The CLOSEST one is in Round Rock!) I had the privilege of speaking with Toni, a UFCU representative here at the "Drag" location. She was incredibly knowledgeable and understanding about the inconvenient access to other local credit unions in the area.
