Can Ufcu Bank explain why always mobile banking is super slow and under maintenance? Why there is always issue with Ufcu? Why when we make a payment for our bill's your website cannot support to provide a valid up-to-date information in regards to our account so we can know how much is available in the account. For over 6 years I’ve banked and overall was happy with most services. I had personal and car loans with this bank had never missed a payment. Recently they reported to my credit a missed payment that crashed my credit score by 100 points. They have a big problem with communication methods. Their system does not support text message reminders other than to authenticate. to make a payment first the funds need to be deposit in to a regular savings/checking account and then transferred as a payment unless I’m missing something ... read more

They, 2 male staff employees scammed my wife and son out of Hundreds of dollars months ago. I was out of town on business. My wife and I will go speak with the branch manager between now and a few days. If issue is not resolved I Will take it up with 3 higher Consumers Protection, and Will keep updating here about the outcome. FZ.
