I thought I had a great business relationship with UFCU until, I tried to get a mortage loan for land. The mortage representative did not attempt to help. She did share if we were purchasing a house it would get approved. Very confusing and strange as a home loan would be drastic in price. The loan representative called to inform us the denial. Honestly wish I could leave a 1 star review for the company a whole. Please consider wisely when signing. THE ONLINE BANKING PORTAL HAS NOT BEEN FUNCTIONING FOR THE PAST 3 MONTHS. Even after following the instructions prompted by the automated system. There is no way to check your online banking outside of business hours, and the company DOES NOT CARE, and HAVE DONE NOTHING.
