I’ve been with UFCU since 2011; not sure what is happening lately ( last few months) but this past Monday July 3 2026 took the cake ! I encountered a horrible situation. To be fair this agent was already in a very bad mood : his voice was aggressive and facial expressions were of anger. Im elderly and my daughter drove me to withdraw my monthly allowance for daily living expenses from my retirement account.
