Been with them for almost ten years now and I love it!! They are always on top of things and always take care of me. Rather it's with my first auto loan, refinancing my second auto loan, reversing charges, or even helping me and giving me time to pay a bill at unfortunate times. Their whole staff is awesome and always go above and beyond.
I like the bank itself so far, but the long wait times to see a personal banker are deflating.
Shame on ufcu. They advertise themselves as a hometown credit union but they really have zero mercy when someone hits rock bottom. They are just a big box bank in sheeps clothing. They didnt care that my father died, lost my job, lost my home, they just told me to nor miss a payment on my car . They then repod it in the middle of the night just like the big boys. thier employees are heartless and incomassionate like stepford bank employees. What a shame. Dont trust em.
