I've always had a great experience here. Any time I need something, I get a wholesome and painless human interaction. At other credit unions, I'm used to frustrating interactions with poorly designed machines, followed or supplemented by support from people that barely care. So glad I took a chance on UFCU.
Sky and Cher were absolutely lovely individuals who helped tremendously. They helped get a money order and provide other support by giving me options on postal facilities. Truly amazing!
