I’ve been banking with UFCU for several years now and have had several accounts open with them but so far no one compares to Shannon Mellon! She is simply the best. I can’t recommend her enough!

UFCU is a solid credit union overall...friendly staff, clean branches, and they do try to help members with their needs. I appreciate that they take the time to make sure everything is done correctly. Unfortunately, there’s not much sense of urgency, and I often end up waiting longer than expected even when there are plenty of employees around.
