Usually member services (on the phone) is very helpful, but today I called because I had a few questions about my loan, I waited on the line for an available agent for 10 minutes, then the man who helped me (Mahan Khazraei) was condescending. He repeated himself multiple times after I asked my questions and replied to me as though I couldn’t comprehend basic information. If you want a great banking experience go visit Aubry M at the Steck avenue location. Aubry was informative on bank products and funny. If you can laugh and smile at the bank it’s a good day!
Do not use. Someone opened an account in my name. The bank allowed a criminal to open an account in my name without any type of ID being scanned in. Then they would not provide me the information needed to catch the criminal. If this bank can open help commit fraud by not scamming in the proper document needed to prove who someone is then your just as guilty in the fraud.
