Never, ever apply for a loan with this institution. They use one of the strictest and worst credit-scoring evaluation methods. Even compared to other lenders that rely on the same credit bureaus and scoring models, they seem to rate your credit lower in order to charge you higher interest rates. For almost everything — even minor requests — they insist on running a hard inquiry on your credit, unlike many other banks. This only brings your credit score down further and puts borrowers at a disadvantage.
Both ATM doesn’t work! The service is at the level of a toilet. Also, this bank has extremely incompetent employees. 02.24.26 The most horrible and inconvenient app. It takes forever to think, forever to load, poorly designed, and cheap. I’ve been a member for about 15 years. Called member services twice regarding a personal loan and received 2 different responses. One said I could do a secured personal loan. When I did t receive the forms I asked to be emailed to me. I called back and another person said UFCU doesn’t do personal loans directed me to apply for an auto loan … I’m not buying a car, by the way. The lady seems to be in a rush to get off the phone.

Kinda upset my bank stops me from ordering food when I can't afford it but approves gay dating when there isn't money in my account. Now they won't refund it unless I'm call them. So now I'm just going to a different bank. I suggest y'all do the same because they suck now.
