Very helpful staff. My sister had a good experience as a new student and first time bank user
Came to the drive through today and waited over 10 minutes before I was acknowledged. I was the only car and there were two people working inside. I didn't want to get out but eventually I had to ask for my money back and used the ATM to make my deposit. They are very slow in the drive through.
I asked to speak to management about a question and instead of him getting up to assist me he shuts his door and just looks looks at me the whole time without getting up he was not busy or anything. He was just sitting at his desk, Even the teller agreed he should have got up to help he wasn’t busy he could have came to help me. A branch manager is supposed to be a representation of the business, no matter who it is.
