I have banked with UFCU for nearly two decades, and I would recommend avoiding this location at all costs. In fact, I would avoid banking with UFCU altogether at this point. The customer service was unfortunately poor, I had a check destroyed at an ATM and was given no follow-up or resolution aside from an automated email nearly a month later which unfortunately offered no resolution or further explanations.
