Upon my initial arrival, the customer service representatives exhibited a welcoming demeanor. However, upon engaging with a service member for assistance, I was not informed of the policy prohibiting service after 2 PM. Furthermore, the representative was unable to provide support regarding my Visa issues. During our phone conversation to resolve a matter, the representative was preoccupied with pressing options and silencing my concerns. she was very rude unprofessional towards me.
