You always receive excellent service at this branch
Went in to get a CD to increase earnings on my savings. I was greeted and helped immediately. Eric Benitez did a great job setting this up for me and explaining the available options. I am thrilled with the service and outcome! My only frustration is that I couldn’t do this easily myself through UFCU website or my mobile app.
Seems like every time I go to this branch I get a no, or we don’t do that. They don’t have any systems in place to help small businesses. Just the business account. They don’t handle international tasks and I was told to go to Chase or Bank of America. Like, what? I’ve been banking with UFCU for almost 30 years and never seemed to have a problem, but only had the usual, bank account, debit card, etc. Now that I’m older and need more help with different bank things, all I get is “we don’t do that.” I’m a little upset that the... read more
I do love UFCU. However, I had my first negative experience here, and it was disappointing. I went in because I wanted to transfer an IRA from my old job to UFCU via CD IRA. The guy set me up an appointment with the advisor lady there. She answered all my questions, but she explained to me that I had to call UFCU over the phone to set up a CD and that she could not do it.
