Don’t go there they charge too much even you cancel your membership they charge from your account if they can’t charge they will give you to collections,today someone called from collections said I owe 907$ from ufc gym ,I said I canceled they said no you didn’t cancel that’s why you must pay , who should I contact with? Gym closed without notifying members with no customer service available for refunds.
I must say I enjoy UFC gyms'. I was surprised to go to the gym as a paying member and to find out it was closed. As in closed for business not for the day. I did not enjoy not being notified. When you call the UFC national line the only thing they do to assist is say go to the location and cancel. However, the location no longer existed and I had to take another route with out there assistance. UFC gyms are franchised own.
