Best gym on the northside
The staff here are very nice, but the facilities are in bad shape! 4/10 times I go to get paper and there isn’t any! The machines are in bad condition, some weights can’t be clipped on, some cables are broken, and seats have lost their upholstery! I go to this gym bc it’s my most convenient and it’s usually not packed. However, they are charging way too dam much! The water fountains stay in yellow or red lights for weeks and there’s guys walking around barefoot! lol those are probably my worst two complaints. If you’re going... read more

Beware – They’ll ignore your cancellation requests and charge you anyway I want to share my disappointing experience to warn others. On April 10, I sent a clear message canceling both my gym membership and parking effective immediately. After receiving no reply, I followed up again on April 16—six days later—asking for confirmation that my account was canceled and that I wouldn’t be charged from April 10 onward.
