Yay they fixed the AC and now it’s great! The classes and coaches are all amazing and I love the amenities like cryo and red light therapy, sauna. I haven’t taken all the coaches classes but shoutout to Quan &TJ for hiit and Chris for yoga flow.
The gym is fantastic, and the staff is excellent—no complaints there. However, my low rating is due to their coaching policy. If you decide to sign up for coaching, keep in mind that you are not committing to a specific coach; instead, you are entering into a contract with the gym itself. They have the authority to change your coach at any time and assign you a new one. I find this practice somewhat unfair and potentially misleading. If you are thinking of receiving a coach, please keep that in mind.
