Not sure why the Girl Scouts selling cookies today were accosted by tall botox blonde worker. They were asked to be there today by management. She basically blocked them and gave them the 3rd degree grilling why were they there and who authorised it. Apparently management didn’t tell her. ​I am beyond frustrated with the lack of accountability and basic administrative competence at this establishment. After committing to a $2,600 family subscription, you would expect a minimum level of customer service.
