Somehow they got a hold of my cellphone number and have left me over 40 voicemails over the period of a few weeks to come visit the gym even though I have never expressed any interest. I strongly recommend against ever providing your personal info to this establishment.
I love this place! I do personal training as well as Jiu Jitsu classes here and I can't say enough about how supportive of an environment it is, I feel like I'm part of a community. They have multiple female coaches who actually specialize in self-defense, which makes training here incredibly safe and empowering. First day at this gym and it totally delivered. It has everything you need including sleds, shoulder sandbags, jump boxes for starters. The staff are accessible and helpful. If you live in or near the heights, I can’t see a reason to go to any other gym.
I came across this gym about a year ago or so, didn’t really think much of it. Until recently, I decided to look up MMA gyms near me. And sure enough, this one came up. Decided to call, and joined on the phone once I talked to them. Been here for about a month, and can honestly say, very great gym! Everyone’s friendly! Great vibe! Great environment! i’ve been looking for a gym ever since i first moved to Houston and i could not recommend a better gym than this one. The staff is super helpful especially Taylor and Shelby who answered all my questions and helped me settle in. I’d give it 6 stars if i could i love it here.
