Doc said I got high blood pressure and need to do something about so I came here. It’s been two weeks so far and it’s been good. I drop some weight got some mobility back. Don’t feel pressured or disrespectful.
As a beginner to boxxing this gym was very welcoming. I highly recommend this gym to teens of all ages, as they have top tier boxxing, Muay-Thai, and Jujitsu coaches.
UFC Gym Reston is an amazing place to train, especially for boxing. The environment is motivating, and the equipment is top-notch. Webber, the manager, personally helped me improve my boxing skills — his coaching and attention to detail made a huge difference in my progress.
Amazing gym, amazing coaches, amazing people, great equipment, learned a lot from this gym and they helped win my first bjj tournament coach Weber, coach Andrew, coach Lorenzo, are amazing at what they do and don’t see myself leaving anytime soon
Absolutely love this place its like another home and the vibe and energy is so amazing I promise you. The coaches are super cool and they are very helpful I dont have one complaint about anything
