Only working water fountain had not been cleaned in months at least. Continued collecting full fees while classes were being cut and the gym was under construction. Gym suddenly stopping being a martial arts gym without warning to members.

I’ve been a member for a few years because I work close by. It’s convenient. BUT - the WORST part about this place is the locker room is DISGUSTING. In all of my years here I’ve NEVER seen a male staff member or custodian. I come early morning and the facilities are so gross. Toilets look exploded on, the showers have a layer of filth on each curtain and the walls it’s so GROSS. If I couldn’t clean up at work nearby, I’d cancel my membership and never come back. Our experience at UFC Gym Paramus was absolutely unbelievable. We walked into the gym and were warmly welcomed. The receptionist offered us a free day pass, and the manager was standing right next to her the entire time. He approved everything and even introduced himself as someone with a martial arts background. There was absolutely no misunderstanding—we were clearly told we could train for free that day.
