Gym does not allow you to cancel unless you speak with Dennis who makes herself conveniently unavailable so you end up having to pay additional months and $50 cancellation fee because has to be done with 21 days. Dennis won’t speak with you until the 22nd day forward.
Great gym with lots of cool classes!
Nice gym, but very inconsiderate of the members by playing the junk music at deafening volumes.
DENISE CAMARENA NEEDS TO BE FIRED AS A MANAGER IMMEDIATELY!!!! I went in on September to cancel my UFC Gym membership and Gabriel (The front desk) gave me a copy of receipt to send it to Denise through e-mail because apparently no one else has access to cancel or refund me the money but the manager herself. Ive called & I went in twice in person to get this situated(waste of my time & gas) UFC charged me $20 November, December & January.
